NM Rechtsanwälte & NM Rechtsanwälte Regional in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Regionalen Netzwerk leitetenim Oktober dieses Jahres das Erbverfahren in der Stadt Stuttgart im Bundesland Baden Winterberg (Rechtsanwalt Stuttgart, Rechtsanwalt Baden Winterberg) ein. Rechtsanwalt Stuttgart leitete ein Erbschaftsverfahren für Mandanten mit doppelter Staatsangehörigkeit ein, d.H. die Staatsbürgerschaft der Republik Serbien und die Staatsbürgerschaft der Bundesrepublik Deutschland besitzen.
In diesem Fall wendeten sich die Erben an einen Erbrechtsanwalt in dem in der Bundesrepublik Deutschland geführten Erbverfahren. Es ist wichtig zu betonen, dass der Wert des Nachlasses auf mehrere Hunderttausend Euro geschätzt wird, weshalb unsere Anwaltskanzlei eingestellt wird, und zwar gerade aufgrund des hohen Wissens- und Vertrauensniveaus, das die NM-Anwälte bieten können, wobei die NM-Anwälte zu den besten Anwälte, zu besten Anwaltskanzleien angehören, wenn es um Rechtsbeziehungen geht.

Der Vorteil dieses Verfahrens ist, dass Kunden nicht immer physisch anwesend sein müssen, d.h in die Bundesrepublik Deutschland kommen müssen. Auch die Deutschkenntnisse der Erben waren nicht erforderlich, da die Anwaltskanzlei der NM Rechtsanwälte dafür sorgte, dass das gesamte Verfahren in deutscher Sprache ablief (der Anwalt zuständig für die deutsche Sprache, der Anwalt zuständig für Deutschland).

Der Donnerstag, der 03. Oktober, war ein weiterer wichtiger Tag für die Anwaltskanzlei Belgrad, die Anwaltskanzlei Montenegro und die NM Rechtsanwälte Regional.

As of 09th October and 11th May, 2017an Employment Fair was held on the premises of the Law Faculty of the Belgrade University under the slogan ,,Lawyers at work”. The Fair was arranged by the European Law Students Association ,,Elsa” Belgrade,under the auspices of the Law Faculty, Belgrade University, the City of Belgrade, the City Counci and the Employment Council. The participants at the Fair were major Law Offices in Belgrade, civilian enforcement offices and career development centers. Renowned and respected lawyers, civilian enforcement officers and people engaged in legal matters were guests in the three days’ period and assisted in Fair activities.
We were participants at the Fair for the reason of targeting new, young, ambitious and dilligent students capable of engagement in legal practice in the course of summer at the Law Office ,,NM advokati’’ and new legal trainees or lawyers who would be offered specialisation.
