The famous BLACK FRIDAY, as we already know, refers to large discounts that are not missed, in that sense it is generally known that a large number of people (consumers) make purchases on that day, spending significant financial resources.

This event is popular not only in our country but all over the world. When we talk about BLACK FRIDAY, not only is the purchase done in retail chains, but this trend has been going on for a long time in wholesale stores around the world. The benefits that both parties in the sales relationship have on this occasion are clear, but we should not forget the other side of this increased supply and demand, which is reflected in a larger number of requests for product complaints after this event.

We pay special attention to situations such as: Discounts on white goods, BLACK FRIDAY DISCOUNT, Discount on clothes, Reduced prices of coats, Reduced prices of the new collection, Reduced prices up to 50%, Additional working hours, Reduction to the entire range, etc., which contribute increase in demand from customers, but also lead to the application of legal provisions of the Law on Consumer Protection of the Republic of Serbia. This applies in particular to the provisions on refunds and product complaints. We would not like to see this „sacred day“ for someone only from a more serious side, so in that sense, we, as a law firm, are ready to join such an event and welcome it.
